• Vouchers can be redeemed for any therapy session or service offered by Mira and Moon Wellness once the therapy room officially opens.

• The expected opening date is 2nd February 2026. If this date changes, purchasers and recipients will be informed as soon as possible.

• If opening is significantly delayed or Mira and Moon Wellness cannot provide the service, customers are entitled to a full refund of the voucher value.

• Vouchers can be purchased for any amount and may be used toward any therapy or service offered.

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Expiry dates are clearly printed on each voucher.

•  Voucher holders must book sessions in advance and appointments are subject to availability.

• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be transferred to another person with the purchaser’s consent.

• Lost vouchers may be replaced at the discretion of the business if proof of purchase is provided.

• Refunds are only available if Mira and Moon Wellness is unable to provide the service (e.g., opening delay or cancellation). For all other cases, vouchers are non-refundable.

• The therapist may decline or discontinue treatment if it is not appropriate, safe, or ethical to proceed. Alternative options or a refund will be offered where appropriate.

• For personal safety reasons, Mira and Moon Wellness may require new clients to complete an initial consultation or be referred from an existing client before their first appointment, The therapist reserves the right to decline appointments where her safety or comfort cannot be assured. Male clients are welcome when referred by an existing client or personally known to the therapist

Refund Policy – Mira and Moon Wellness Gift Vouchers

• If Mira and Moon Wellness is unable to open as planned in February 2026, or if the opening is significantly delayed, voucher purchasers are entitled to a full refund.

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of request.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

• If the service becomes unavailable permanently (e.g., business closure), all unused vouchers will be refunded in full.

• Refunds are not available for a change of mind, but vouchers may be transferred to another person with permission from the original purchaser.

• Once the expiry date has passed (6 months from purchase), the voucher is no longer valid unless an extension has been offered due to opening delays.
