1
What kind of treatments do you offer?
I offer holistic massage treatments designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. Each session is intuitive and client-led, blending therapeutic massage techniques with a calm, grounding approach.
2
What can I expect from my first appointment?
Your first visit will include a short consultation so I can understand your needs, preferences, and any relevant health information. From there, your treatment will be tailored specifically to you. Sessions are unhurried and designed to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed.
3
Do I need to prepare for my massage?
There’s nothing special you need to do — just arrive as you are. I recommend having a light shower or bath before, wearing comfortable clothing and allowing yourself some time afterwards to rest and integrate if possible. Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment.
4
What should I wear during my treatment?
You will be asked to undress to your underwear, you are always fully draped with sheets, with only the area being worked on exposed at any time. Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.
5
Is massage suitable for everyone?
Massage is beneficial for many people, but there are some conditions where adaptations or postponement may be needed. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your health history to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
6
Do you offer relaxing or therapeutic massage?
Both. Treatments can be deeply relaxing, more therapeutic, or a blend of the two — depending on what your body needs on the day. Pressure and focus areas are always adjusted to suit you.

How often should I have a massage?
This varies from person to person. Some clients come monthly for maintenance and relaxation, while others attend more frequently during times of stress or discomfort. We can discuss a rhythm that feels supportive rather than prescriptive
