These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Mira and Moon Wellness. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointments & Booking
All treatments are by appointment only
Appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system or direct contact
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the treatment fee
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged in full
This policy is in place to respect time reserved especially for you.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment
Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent clients
Full treatment fees still apply for shortened sessions
Payments
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, payment link or cash
All prices are listed in GBP (£)
Gift vouchers (see gift voucher t&C)
Health & Medical Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatment
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes to your health
Mira and Moon Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable
Scope of Practice
Treatments provided are for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care
No medical claims are made regarding treatments offered
Client Comfort & Boundaries
Mira and Moon Wellness is a professional and safe space
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service at any time
Personal Belongings
Mira and Moon Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to appointments
Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential
Personal details are used solely for booking, communication, and client care
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information
Changes to Terms
Mira and Moon Wellness reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
